Delivery - All items purchased through our website are delivered directly to the patient identified. We may have to contact you to verify patient identity in order to ensure proper delivery of your gift purchase. Delivery Hours - Our deliveries are made by Friends of Strong volunteers, and orders received before 12 p.m. Monday through Friday receive same-day delivery. Orders received after 12 p.m. or on a weekend or holiday will be delivered the following business day (M-F). Refunds - If your friend or loved one has been discharged, is in a unit where fresh flowers are not permitted, or we are unable to locate them, you will be contacted and refunded accordingly.
