These neck support pillows feature a snap button closure providing hours of comfort, and is hypoallergenic and machine washable.

Delivery - All items purchased through our website are delivered directly to the patient identified. We may have to contact you to verify patient identity in order to ensure proper delivery of your gift purchase.

Delivery Hours - Our deliveries are made by Friends of Strong volunteers, and orders received before 3 p.m. Monday through Friday receive same-day delivery. Orders received after 3 p.m. or on a weekend or holiday will be delivered the following business day (M-F).

Refunds - If your friend or loved one has been discharged or we are unable to locate them, you will be contacted and refunded accordingly. Please call us at (585) 275-2577 with any questions.
