In addition to our webstore, our physical store (located on the first floor of Golisano Children's Hospital at Strong Memorial Hospital) offers a wide variety of items including fresh floral arrangements, balloons, greeting cards, a vast array of stuffed animals, toys, activities, figurines, jewelry, handbags, accessories, apparel, books, personal care items, sundries, snacks, cold refreshments and much more.
Sales from the Gift Shop provide significant funding to support patients, families and visitors at Strong Memorial Hospital.

Order Fulfillment Details
Delivery – All items purchased through our website are delivered by one of our friendly hospital volunteers directly to the patient identified. We may have to contact you to verify patient identity in order to ensure proper delivery of your gift purchase.
Delivery Hours –
- Flowers: Floral orders placed before 12 p.m. (Eastern Time) receive same-day delivery. Orders placed after 12 p.m. or on a weekend or holiday, will be delivered the following business day (M–F).
- All Other Gifts: Non-floral orders placed before 1 p.m. (Eastern Time) receive same-day delivery. Orders received after 1 p.m. or on a weekend or holiday, will be delivered the following business day (M–F).
Refunds – If your friend or loved one has been discharged or we are unable to locate them, you will be contacted and refunded accordingly. Please call us at (585) 275-2577 with any questions.

Every purchase you make at the Friends of Strong Gift Shop, and Baby Photography Service helps support patient- and family-centered care initiatives at UR Medicine's Strong Memorial Hospital. Since 1975, Friends of Strong has given more that $16 million to departments and programs throughout URMC.
Friends of Strong advances the mission of Strong Memorial Hospital by providing services to patients, families, and visitors; promoting the hospital in the community; and raising money to support patient care needs.
Much-needed funds are raised though proceeds from initiatives that include this gift shop, as well as our fundraising events and partnerships with various organizations, such as Finger Lakes Coffee Roasters at Strong Memorial Hospital and Mom 365 newborn baby photography.
